Great facilities as long as you don’t stay on a Monday.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. English is spoken at the reception.

The restaurant area was cold . The food was not good. I booked this hotel for the facilities to then find out that they are closed on a Monday. This hotel is situated in a not very pleasant area.

Disappointing Staff Experience – Not 5-Star Service

The hotel itself is good, but the staff is far from 5-star service. The men who welcomed us at the entrance were unprofessional—our taxi never arrived at the airport, they didn’t provide adapters, and they acted as if they didn’t understand English. The next day, a young man and woman at the reception were much more helpful and professional. The best staff member was the bartender—friendly, communicative, and always willing to help. However, the rooms could be cleaner, the spa area is messy, and booking a massage is nearly impossible. Overall, the only real advantage is the location—everything else needs urgent improvement.

Very good, but due to the early check in charge attempt when a room was available we will not return

Staff was attentive to our requests and provided our desires, although not with a smile. Staff members seemed unhappy to be doing their work. nevertheless, we received the items that we requested and our needs were met.

Front desk staff/ hotel policy was unaccommodating and make it seem that Cosmo is not supporting customers, but taking advantage of every opportunity to charge extra fees. We had a large group. My family had to check out to another hotel for two days and then return in the morning for another night. When we returned around 1pm, we asked to check in early if a room was ready, they said that the room was ready, but the early check in would have an associated charge for the early check in. If the room is available that is intended for us, there should not be a charge for a 2 hour earlier check in, so we left our two luggage pieces in another family member room. It is taking advantage of opportunities like this that will ensure that when we return to Bogota, that we will not stay at this location.

The breakfast was good! The restaurants were as well, and in general, the people working in the hotel were very friendly but the person who was working in taking the orders the day I went to the Mexican restaurant was awful! He was very rude and not friendly at all!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Breakfast was quite good, lots of options. The staff made the stay memorable, so kind and welcoming. The hotel is in a nice area. My partner and I both got massages in the spa and it was well worth it. The Japanese restaurant inside the hotel was delicious. We’ve stayed there twice now would recommend the hotel.

Though it’s in a nice area, the hotel is a bit far from a lot of the attractions the city has to offer as well as the airport. Not a big deal if you don’t mind long walks or getting a taxi, but given the heavy traffic it took about 30 min in taxi to get to most of the tourist attractions.

Very Good

Liked the exclusiveness from our floor, the jacuzzi, my daugther loved the pool. The guys at the primavera restaurant were very nice and also sung for my daughters birthday, Diana at the Guadalup restaurant gave us excellent service every morning for breakfast and the Cuban guy from the bar was awesome as well.

Front desk need to be more informative of the place or activities that we could do. As per my booking, I should have gotten 15% discount on food and drinks but they did not honor the discount.
